Wade Pacheco - Director

Wade has been the director of the BSU Christian Challenge since August of 1993. He and Carol were married in August of 1987. Wade was very active in the BSU at CSU and he met Carol in the BSU when they were in college.  It is one of the reasons why he always wanted to come back to minister here. Carol is the "Mom" of the BSU and enjoys discipling the girls of the BSU as her schedule allows.  They have two children, Cameron and Christa.  Wade graduated with a degree in music from CSU and is actively involved in the music program at his church.  He also has a Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Seminary and is an ordained minister.

Gary Clyma - Associate Director

Gary has been the associate director of the BSU since April of 1994. Gary grew up around the BSU because his father was a professor at CSU and faculty advisor to the BSU for many years. Gary is in charge of the freshman ministry and freshman outreach.  He also coordinates our publicity.  He has a great love for Christian drama and Christian Clowning and has led ministries in those areas as there has been an interest.  Gary is a great encouragement to the students around him and is a great blessing to the BSU.  He has his B.S. from Hannibal LaGrange College with an emphasis in Church Music, Religious Ed. and Bible.  He has a Masters of Religious Ed. from Midwestern Baptist Seminary and is also an ordained minister
